“Moving my training to MSS has proven to be the best decision I’ve made for my triathlon development. I’ve learnt and improved so much from the invaluable knowledge, experience and commitment of coaches Aaron, Chris & Anthony. MSS runs on an eclectic approach that leaves no stone unturned – and with such a complex sport such as triathlon, this is the cornerstone for success. Each athlete is afforded individual attention and specificity with their program which is paramount in achieving personal goals. I’ve gained from things such as technique feedback, a Retul bike fit, and even the opportunity to speak with a female mentor – all of which is paying dividends! It’s great to be part of such a fun, passionate team training environment.”

“Since joining the MSS team early this year, i've realised that success in triathlon is more than just swim, bike, run. With specialised RETUL bike fitting, strength and conditioning sessions designed for my specific needs, and a great female mentor in the form of Jessica Smith, I have achieved many goals, and I've had awesome fun doing it! Coaches Chris, Aaron and Anthony never do anything by halves, and are constantly providing feedback, support and analysis to improve performance. Working in a team environment with such motivated and friendly athletes has definitely been a highlight for me, and I can't wait to race as a group over the coming summer season.”
Steph Auston
“I have been with MSS since 2008 and have made huge improvements in all disciplines whilst gaining a lifelong group of friends that share the same passion for all things swim bike run. Post ride coffee, camps and race weekends are definitely a highlight!”

“Joining MSS was the best decision I ever made! When I started I was unable to ride a road bike and could swim only about 100m. With the support and patience of the coaches I have learnt to ride well, swim happily in open water and have had the opportunity to compete in two World Triathlon Championships. I've also made fantastic, lasting friendships. It doesn't matter if you're a junior elite with eyes for a professional career or a weekend warrior, you will be taken seriously and receive the same level of quality tailored coaching.”
Louisa Nicola
“The dedication and commitment by all MSS athletes enabled me to train harder and reach my goals.”
Chris Olsen
“I started training with Chris Stevens and the MSS Crew a couple of seasons ago. My goal is to get fitter and faster even though im getting older, which doesn’t quite happen without someone behind you giving a ‘gentle’ push! Over the past 6 months my 5km run time has dropped by over 2 mins and cracking the 20 min mark is just around the corner. The focus on technique fundamentals during sessions is prominent, yet the environment is made enjoyable by a great crew of MSS athletes. Keep up the great work MSS!”
Dennis Parker
“I enjoy training with the group; challenging, fun, social, performance enhancing, so much better than training alone!”

“MSS squad training made me smash my early expectations in my goal race. The technical improvements and interval training really paid off. Regular time trials showed measureable gains in speed and fitness.”
